The national Leadership Council on Legal Diversity recently announced its 2023 Top Performers and Compass Award recipients. McGuireWoods was one of 75 LCLD member organizations that earned both honors.
Top Performers are LCLD’s most active member corporations and law firms, while the Compass Awards recognize members who engage directly with LCLD and who participate in the Fellows and Pathfinder programs plus at least one pipeline program, such as mentoring or hosting 1L LCLD Scholars. Earning both recognitions, in LCLD’s eyes, signals a firm’s “commitment to building a more inclusive legal profession.”
