On April 22, 2023, the Pipeline to Practice Foundation selected Century City associate Anthony Le to serve a multiyear term on its board of directors.

Anthony helped open and grow the firm’s San Francisco office in 2016 before transitioning to the firm’s Century City office. An associate in the firm’s Antitrust, Trade & Commercial Litigation Department, he assists clients with individual and class litigation, investigations, and data privacy compliance in the financial services, technology, automobile and retail sectors.

Anthony serves on the Los Angeles recruiting committee and is a co-chair of the Financial Services Network with the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association. He also has participated in efforts such as McGuireWoods’ inaugural Diverse Associates Leadership Program in 2019 and the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity pathfinder program in 2020.

Established in 2015, Pipeline to Practice is a nonprofit organization that enhances diversity in the legal profession by providing programming and mentoring to diverse law students and by supporting the professional development and leadership skills of diverse early-stage attorneys. Pipeline to Practice’s board of directors includes attorneys, representatives and advisers from large law firms, Fortune 500 companies, law schools and the judiciary.

McGuireWoods has supported the Pipeline to Practice Foundation since 2018. Government Investigations & White Collar Litigation Department chair Noreen Kelly has served as firm liaison to the foundation, and New York partner Aaron Jaroff is an emeritus board member.
