McGuireWoods sponsored and attended the 18th annual Leadership Institute for Women of Color Attorneys conference, held March 22-24, 2023, at the J.W. Marriott in Washington D.C.
D.C. associate Ayana D. Brown and Baltimore associate Chauna A. Abner attended the conference.
This year’s conference focused on “Elevating Women of Color Attorneys: Keys to Succeed in the Profession.” Speakers included Chief Judge Anita M. Josey-Herring of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, as well as corporate senior executives and legal decision makers.
2023 marks the second year in a row that McGuireWoods has sponsored the conference.
