Martin, former managing partner of the firm’s Richmond, Virginia, office, was named to the National Black Lawyers’ list of Top 100 Lawyers in Virginia. He advises public and private entities on construction, commercial real estate and local government law, including innovative financing strategies to advance public-private partnerships for new college dormitories, public arenas and other critical infrastructure projects.
White, based in Tysons, Virginia, was named to the list of Top 100 Lawyers in Washington, D.C. An accomplished trial lawyer and legal strategist, he focuses on civil litigation, regulatory enforcement and congressional investigations for clients in defense, technology, federal contracting and other business sectors.
Howard was named to the list of Top 40 Under 40 Lawyers in D.C. She represents corporate and individual clients in government investigations and complex commercial trial and appellate litigation.
Pusha was named to the list of Top 40 Under 40 Lawyers in Chicago. He represents healthcare clients in M&A, joint ventures and other transactions and counsels them on corporate governance and compliance with government regulations, including the federal Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark Law.
Abner, a Baltimore associate, was named to the list of Top 40 Under 40 Lawyers in Maryland. She represents businesses and individuals in commercial litigation, contractual disputes and financial litigation.
Burks, a downtown Los Angeles associate, was named to the list of Top 40 Under 40 Lawyers in California. She defends corporate clients, including banks and financial institutions, in commercial litigation and intellectual property matters in state and federal courts.
Gardner and Mallette earned selections to the Top 40 Under 40 list for North Carolina. Based in Charlotte, Gardner represents corporate clients in the financial services, construction, trucking and healthcare industries in class actions and complex commercial litigation matters. Mallette, based in Raleigh, represents businesses across industries in product liability claims, complex civil litigation and environmental litigation.
Richmond associates Harris and Tucker were selected for the Top 40 Under 40 list for Virginia. Harris represents clients in civil litigation matters involving transportation and medical devices.
