Richmond associate Jonathan Tan was one of 24 lawyers selected for the 2023-2024 National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA) Leadership Advancement Program.
NAPABA’s yearlong Leadership Advancement Program aims to build the leadership skills of rising attorneys by helping them develop their own leadership style and fostering relationships with peers within the profession, especially between in-house counsel and law firm attorneys.
A member of McGuireWoods’ Products, Environmental & Mass Tort Litigation Department, Tan represents clients in product liability and consumer class action matters in state and federal courts across the country. He has served as national coordinating counsel for product manufacturers in high-exposure product liability matters throughout the United States. Tan also has experience representing clients in commercial litigation matters and cases involving catastrophic injuries. He maintains an active pro bono practice. Tan is involved with the Alliance for Asian American Justice and the firm’s representation of victims of anti-Asian hate.
