Imaad Elected to Pipeline to Practice Foundation Board

McGuireWoods complex commercial litigation associate Mohammad Imaad was elected March 30, 2022, to the board of directors for the Pipeline to Practice Foundation.

Based in the firm’s Tysons office, Mohammad defends financial institutions, broker-dealers and other corporate clients in commercial, securities and financial services litigation. Last year, McGuireWoods selected Mohammad to be a representative member of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s 2021 Pathfinders Program, which fosters professional development of lawyers early in their careers.

Established in 2015, Pipeline to Practice is a nonprofit organization aimed at enhancing diversity in the legal profession by providing programming and mentoring to diverse law students and by supporting the professional development and leadership skills of diverse early-stage attorneys. Pipeline to Practice’s board of directors is comprised of diverse attorneys working at large law firms and Fortune 500 companies.

McGuireWoods has been a proud supporter of the Pipeline to Practice Foundation since 2018. New York office managing partner Noreen Kelly has served as firm liaison to the foundation, New York partner Aaron Jaroff is an emeritus board member, and Washington, D.C., associate Shreya Patel is a current member of the board.
